Halcyon is looking for a highly motivated Sales/Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for Halcyon’s revenue generation by delivering pipeline at scale to our Sales counterparts. The team emphasizes people, process, and tools, with a culture focused on development, training, teamwork, and recognizing success. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive coaching and leadership mindset, and a passion for cybersecurity. Responsibilities

Drive Halcyon's new business pipeline growth Identify, hire, and mentor top talent to develop foundational sales skills and grow into advanced roles at Halcyon Motivate and empower a distributed sales team to be successful Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs in executive-level reporting Standardize best practices for inbound/outbound prospecting and sales hand-over Establish and optimize standards for lead routing, scoring, response time, cadence, and messaging quality Implement people, process, and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine processes and strategy Work with Field Marketing and Marketing on campaign strategy and follow-up Develop strategic Go-To-Market initiatives Collaborate with Regional Directors and Demand Generation on territory development Refine and evolve scalable, measurable, and predictable processes for growing the team Market Intelligence: stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and ransomware threats to communicate value effectively Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology Prior team leadership experience (1+ years) leading SDR/BDR teams Familiarity with outbound and inbound tactics and KPIs Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels Proven ability to align Marketing, Sales, Operations, and BD Self-starter who can work independently and manage deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, especially ransomware threats, is a plus Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.) Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking and deadline management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets and KPIs Benefits

Base Salary Range : $80,000–$120,000 In accordance with state and federal laws, Halcyon provides a base compensation range as a reasonable estimate. Actual amounts may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity.
