Overview
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will be working on GIS mapping and dark fiber licensing process workflow development and execution. Responsibilities may include: Leading the gathering and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders. Analyzing and documenting complex business processes and workflows. Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation. Developing comprehensive functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems. Facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Identifying and documenting project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope. Leading the development and testing of new systems or enhancements. Providing leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts. Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation. Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems. Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of experience. Strong experience in Technical database design and fiber knowledge. Knowledge in Advanced SQL & Database Engineering skills Strong proficiency in writing stored procedures, functions and performance testing. Hands-on experience with source control systems for SQL code Management. Broad understanding of fiber workflow (route design, splicing, hut power) Be process discipline and have a QA mindset.
