Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, lead and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Inspire your staff and ensure every customer receives a great, personalized solution for their hair and beauty needs.
Meet or exceed store sales goals by overseeing all store operations with emphasis on budget adherence, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring safety, security, and Company policies are followed.
Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation to reflect a professional, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
Self-starter with a drive to continually learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty.
