Store Manager - Spirit

is responsible for the total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager oversees shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and the role requires a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 - $20.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Michigan Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications. Qualifications and Requirements
Prior retail management experience required. Minimum age 21; flexible schedule. Ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
