Outbound Call Center / Client Care Representative Compensation
Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr Responsibilities
Follow up on sales leads and lists, outstanding proposals and repair quotes Manage multiple, ongoing opportunities, focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements to both new and existing customers Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue Make every effort to compress call scheduling, maximizing productivity and revenue Notify clients ahead of time if the Technician will not arrive within the scheduled time window Reschedule appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary Adhere to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule to ensure the right Technician is sent to the right appointment Share responsibility to ensure Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time Debriefs with Technicians upon completion of jobs to identify outstanding client satisfaction issues Minimum Requirements
Outbound Lead Calling Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent Good computer software skills Fast typing with experience in data entry Proficient in English (oral and written) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Benefits
