Eligible candidates may pursue the BCBA credential (requires graduate degree, ABA coursework, and supervised fieldwork). A Master of Arts in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis includes a Practicum series. The SEHD will establish a pool of Lecturers for temporary, part-time, non-tenure-track positions in the ABA Program. Lecturers may teach up to two courses per term. Courses are online with a required weekly synchronous meeting (generally 6pm-8pm MT, Mon-Thu; specific days vary by course). Current courses open for recruitment:

The ABA program instructor is a leader in ABA with a history of teaching, clinical work, and/or research. Instructors will teach master’s-level graduate students pursuing BCBA credentialing. Design and implement instruction for graduate students with diverse experiences related to behavior analysis (e.g., RBTs, special education teachers). Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Earned master’s degree or higher in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Certified BCBA (current) Teaching experience at undergraduate or graduate level Preferred Qualifications Doctorate in Special Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience working with culturally minoritized children’s families in schools or clinical settings Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ethical and professional conduct in ABA Commitment to social justice and advocacy in ABA practice Understanding of mental health professions serving clients with special needs Knowledge of data collection and interpretation and data-driven decision-making in ABA Conditions of Employment
Teach online courses with a 1x/week required Zoom meeting; generally 6-8pm MT, varies by instructor availability. Fully remote; candidate may work from anywhere in the United States; in-office presence is welcome. Physical and Environmental Requirements
