Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vice President to join our Middle Office within the Solutions Team in New York. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of trading, operations, and technology, offering a unique opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced trading environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex workflows related to exotic OTC derivatives and fund allocations, ensuring seamless execution and operational performance across multiple investment strategies.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive trade support across a wide range of products, with a strong emphasis on exotic OTC derivatives.
Ensure accurate and timely trade capture, reconciliation, valuation, and lifecycle management of complex financial instruments.
Collaborate closely with front office trading teams, risk management, operations, and technology to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to support scalability, automation, and control enhancements.
Act as a subject matter expert on derivatives and middle office processes, contributing to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a middle office or trade support role, ideally within a derivatives-focused environment.
Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, including trade lifecycle, valuation, and risk implications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
Proficiency in relevant systems and tools (e.g., trade capture platforms, reconciliation tools, Excel/VBA, or Python is a plus).
Proven track record in identifying opportunities for improving operational efficiency and implementation of automated solutions.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
