Tenant Coordinator - Rockhill

Location: Boston, MA (onsite) This position offers a base salary between $60,000 - $68,000 based on experience. Rockhill is an equal employment opportunity employer. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for the management office Answer and direct all calls coming into the management office’s main line Provide direct administrative support to management staff, engineering, security, and janitorial teams including ordering supplies, maintaining files, producing and distributing forms, etc. Oversee and calculate tenant billings including utilities, work orders, purchases, and miscellaneous service requests Assist with scheduling and contracting vendor work throughout the building, accurately communicating impacts to tenants Support building, tenant, and outside user group events, coordinating with vendors and facilitating room setups, catering orders, and other event details Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy Ensure all invoices for the property are coded and processed Communicate with building tenants and vendors Maintain online work order and visitor entry software Coordinate tenant move-ins and move outs, including loading dock and freight reservations Maintain proper documentation for Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors Review tenant requests daily, working with building staff to resolve issues in a timely manner Conduct facility inspections within the property Additional related duties as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience in commercial real estate/property management or event planning preferred
