A growing real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to join their team in Boston, MA. This role will support Property Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of an industrial real estate portfolio, with a focus on tenant relations, vendor coordination, and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency and a high-quality tenant experience. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering $60–$65K base plus discretionary bonus and a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and updates; respond promptly and track requests through completion. Coordinate and monitor work orders, service tickets, and vendor follow-ups via Yardi. Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and building inspections. Support lease administration and prepare tenant communications for manager review. Track tenant compliance with lease terms and insurance requirements. Assist with onboarding new tenants and managing move-in/move-out logistics. Collaborate with accounting to process invoices, support billing, and monitor collections. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in real estate, business, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of general business experience required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
