Logistics Manager
— You will oversee the efficient, safe, and effective operations of a delivery site. You will coordinate, manage, and optimize routing, loading, and dispatching of drivers to ensure timely and accurate on-time delivery to customers. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Must have
Last-mile operations management: At least 10 years in logistics and last-mile delivery, with deep understanding of route planning, dispatch execution, and service quality control. Leadership and performance management: 5 years of hands-on leadership experience, ability to set expectations, drive accountability, and mentor talent. Operational execution and problem-solving: Strong execution mindset with a track record of resolving complex challenges under time pressure. Experience managing 50+ drivers: Ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and employee engagement. Data-driven and KPI management: Using data to monitor delivery efficiency, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Fleet management knowledge: Vehicle scheduling, maintenance, safety compliance, and cost control. Communication skills: Clear and effective communicator, able to provide direction, feedback, and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities
Delivery Logistics Coordinate and prioritize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times. Collaborate with transportation partners, vendors, and suppliers to manage inbound and outbound deliveries. Resolve delivery-related issues, such as address discrepancies, missing items, and delivery failures. Ensure contractor and employee records are current for proper tracking of operations, accountability, and training (physical and safety). Performs other duties as assigned. Safety and Compliance Ensure safety regulations and protocols are followed by the delivery team. Implement and enforce safety training and best practices for handling deliveries, including delicate items. Performance Metrics Manage key operating performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, overtime, loading rates). Manage performance to budget and meet financial goals. Team Development Hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, discipline, and staff development; foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. Communication Lead and inspire a dynamic workforce, maintain engagement and collaboration, and coordinate all aspects of operations with internal stakeholders (Last Mile Leadership, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product teams). Communicate changes in delivery schedules and operational updates to the delivery team and stakeholders. Qualifications
10+ years of logistics-related experience. 5+ years of last-mile delivery management experience. Minimum 1 year of fleet management experience (vehicle maintenance and compliance). Regulatory and compliance knowledge: DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and labor compliance related to W-2 driver operations. Computer proficiency: Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for operations reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across departments. Experience managing 50+ drivers. Proven ability to develop and optimize operational processes across last-mile delivery. Clean driving record with no major violations. Physical capability to lift or push up to 50 lbs as needed. Nice to have

Base salary range: $85,000–$100,000 (US) Eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits Salary ranges determined by role, level, and location The range reflects base salary for new hires across US locations.
