The Warner Chappell Global Strategic Integration and Operations team is a small but mighty group focused on delivering and implementing business objectives. Working with global leaders, we drive and embed our global business strategy. Your role

Warner Chappell Music is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and deeply collaborative Senior Vice President, Strategic Integration & Operations to join our global leadership team. This highly visible role will partner with the Co-Chairs, Global Department Leaders, and Managing Directors to shape the future of music publishing and support songwriters globally. The role operates at the intersection of strategy and operations, emphasizing collaboration across internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional leadership, ensure alignment between global priorities and local execution, and embody our core mission and values. Leadership & Culture: Represent Warner Chappell Music, promoting a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and commitment; advocate for the company and its people. Strategic alignment: Translate strategic vision into tangible plans; drive operational alignment for major initiatives; connect departments and functions to reflect company values with a people-centered approach. People & culture partnership: Partner with People Team to foster a cohesive company culture and serve as a point of contact for feedback across territories. Operational Excellence & Collaboration: Identify and implement efficiencies; facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and decision-making; act as liaison with Facilities, Technology, and other corporate departments. Workflow optimization: Develop end-to-end workflow solutions, considering local nuances to simplify processes and leverage synergies. Strategic Vision & Partnership: Define, track, and drive annual goals and priorities; help design and refine leaders’ annual objectives; prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for Board meetings; lead executive leadership meetings to drive decisions and accountability; help define long-term strategic direction with songwriters and creative partners in mind. Technology & BI: Liaise between business and Technology; manage the Business Intelligence team and the AI/Automation growth team to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives; evaluate technologies to improve scalability and productivity. About you

Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and mission-driven. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing initiatives, ideally in the music industry or related creative sectors. Track record of driving complex global initiatives and building strong, collaborative relationships. High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style with relational capabilities. Experience presenting to boards and senior executives. Strong analytical skills; able to turn insights into action. Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at navigating complex organizational structures with warmth and clarity. We’d love it if you also had
