Warner Music Group is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and deeply collaborative Senior Vice President, Strategic Integration & Operations to join our global leadership team. This highly visible role will serve as a key partner to our Co-Chairs, Global Department Leaders, and Managing Directors, helping to shape the future of music publishing and enhancing our commitment to supporting songwriters globally. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and partnership across internal stakeholders. They will drive and facilitate cross-functional leadership across departments and geographies, setting the rhythm for the business and ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution. Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Culture: Represent Warner Chappell Music, embodying and promoting a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and commitment. Operational Excellence & Collaboration: Identify and implement operational efficiencies across departments and global offices, fostering cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and decision-making. Strategic Vision & Partnership: Partner with the Co-Chairs, Global Leads, and Managing Directors to define, track, and drive annual company goals and strategic priorities. Technology & Business Intelligence: As liaison between the business and the Technology organization, evangelize and advocate WCM’s strategy/mission/culture so technology priorities are aligned with the Company’s vision. About you: Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and mission-driven. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing people, and successfully implementing initiatives, with a strong action-oriented approach preferably within the music industry or related creative sectors. Proven track record of driving complex global initiatives and building strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams. Salary Range: $250k - $350k
