About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Product Owner with financial services experience to join our team. In this role, you will drive product vision, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support critical business execution goals.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of applications and components.

Act as the Product Owner for an agile team: manage backlogs, define sprint priorities, and facilitate stand-ups.

Lead strategic projects, including:

Development of an internal Investment Policy Statement for managed accounts.

Integration with a

new Proxy Voting platform (vendor collaboration).

Migration to an updated

Option Strategy order entry system .

Facilitate discovery sessions for high-priority 2026+ initiatives.

Identify and manage dependencies with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Proactively assess risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues when needed.

Ensure continuous improvement by driving innovation in backlog management and execution.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation (or equivalent via work, consulting, military, or education).

Proven Agile Product Owner experience, ideally in financial services or technology environments.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic thinker with ability to manage vendor relationships and deliver results in complex settings.

Preferred Skills

Financial services industry background (investment, trading, wealth management, or related).

Strong communication and executive presence.

Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and long-term initiatives.
