Overview
As a Software Implementation Analyst on our Planning and Performance Management team, you will implement Planning and Performance applications and partner directly with key financial team members at large healthcare systems around the world. Responsibilities
Implement significant components of StrataJazz, specific to Capital Planning, Operational Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Management at multiple customers across the country. Configure user requirements, validate functionality, design complex financial models, build reports, develop workflows, and test key features of the software to align with client-specific business needs. Support web-based and onsite customer training to ensure customers understand features and functions related to StrataJazz. Achieve role-specific KPIs related to performance, customer support, and customer satisfaction. Communicate proactively with Strata team members, managers, and project managers about issues and risks; develop and execute action plans to mitigate risks. Provide technical support and first-pass troubleshooting during the post go-live phase, collaborating with Strata’s Technical and Engineering teams to resolve more complex issues. Contribute to operational improvement and strategic growth projects to enable Strata to scale operations and improve service to customers. Work in an Agile environment and learn a widely-used methodology for building and implementing high-quality, feature-rich software. What we’re looking for
0-3 years of full-time experience Experience using SQL or relational database concepts in an academic setting or work Basic Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements) Understanding of project management fundamentals Willingness to travel within the US as needed You’d really wow us if you have
Internship experience in finance, consulting, or healthcare Understanding of healthcare industry trends and their impact on business Exposure to implementing and configuring software Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems containing Finance applications functionality (Lawson/Infor, SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, etc.) Exposure to financial modeling, financial statement analysis, financial reporting, and general accounting concepts Estimated Salary Range:
$60,000-75,000. Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
