Overview

Kansas City, Missouri
office. As a critical member of the
Energy/Solar
team, you will perform a variety of civil engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship, camaraderie, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions.
Responsibilities
Our Energy team works on projects including:
Solar site Design
Utility scale solar projects
Project Due Diligence and Site Constraints
Jurisdictional Permitting and Agency Coordination
Client Management and more
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
7+ years of civil engineering experience working with a professional design firm
PE certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and/or GIS
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
Detail-oriented team player with a positive work environment attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
