Your Impact CHA was founded to design innovative transportation infrastructure. Our highway professionals address immediate travel needs and future mobility challenges through planning, engineering, and sustainable design. Senior Project Managers complete projects within scope, budget, and schedule while managing risks and financials, and maintaining client relationships. This role blends leadership with problem solving and collaboration, often operating as a seller/doer who develops work with specific clients.
Responsibilities include identifying target market areas, developing marketing plans, communicating updates to clients and teams, and leading monthly project reviews. The Senior Project Manager helps set visions and strategies for other project managers and supports professional development within the team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; master's degree preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Minimum 15 years' progressive engineering experience; minimum 8 years of project management experience
GDOT experience preferred
Expert knowledge of the engineering discipline with proven application of best practices
Proficiency with MS Office
Understanding of QA/QC procedures and related legal/business requirements
Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
Familiarity with CHA standards for quality control and compliance
Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong knowledge of fundamentals in specialty areas
Active involvement in a professional engineering society preferred
Proven ability to lead a team
Salary $150,000 - $175,000
Salary is based on factors including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and market standards.
