Support software systems/end-users, define business requirements, implement/enhance systems, and documentation QA, reports, upgrades/integrations, system tests/checks, and technical writing Work in between stakeholders/each department and IT/software systems Position is 100% in office in San Jose Visa transfers and sponsorships are welcome to apply Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst Ability to work well with others in a team environment and be customer service focused Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have good personal skills ERP system experience is a plus Must pass drug test and background check
