Senior HRIS Analyst
to join a dynamic, customer-oriented team. As part of a centralized Workday HRIS function, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the system is configured, maintained, improved, and leveraged to support business needs. You will work collaboratively across teams to provide expertise, drive adoption, and optimize HRIS operations. Work Arrangement : This role is open to fully remote candidates within the U.S. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support for Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll), diagnosing issues, proposing fixes or alternatives, and executing system tasks. Partner with both functional and technical teams to streamline HR processes, guide system enhancements, and champion user adoption. Participate in testing, reviewing, and deploying new Workday features and upgrades. Document changes, processes, and outcomes while adhering to compliance and change-management protocols. Maintain integrity of HR data through audits, reviews, and data analysis. Stay engaged with the broader Workday community to benchmark capabilities and surface recommendations. Serve as a system consultant and subject-matter resource to process owners and HR leadership. Basic Qualifications : 4+ years of Workday configuration experience. Strong proficiency in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and integrations. Experience thriving in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, adjust to shifting demands, and deliver results. Meticulous, process-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement. Experience designing and implementing process enhancements and policies. Advanced Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications : Workday Pro Certification (any module, e.g. HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Comp). Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project methodology certification. Deep interest in HR technology and systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
