YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC DISPATCHER
This is a full-time dispatching position with shifts from
8 am-5 pm
or
7 am-4 pm , Monday-Friday, plus
on-call rotation as needed .
As our HVAC Dispatcher, you'll coordinate technician schedules based on skills and locations, answer customer calls, and book appointments. You'll manage work orders, track job progress, and adjust schedules for emergencies or delays, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
