What You Will Do

Lead the monthly forecasting process for several categories within the multi-billion Snacks division to deliver high-quality demand visibility and ensure the right product, at the right place, at the right time. Monitor forecast metrics, publish results, and adjust models and market intelligence accordingly. Collect market intelligence (new items, customer events, pricing actions, competitive insights, discontinued items) and leverage judgement to improve forecasts. Lead the Demand Step of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process as process owner, delivering monthly consensus forecasts and supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Drive governance with common templates and continuous improvement for the IBP process, linking Marketing, Sales, Supply and Finance stakeholders. Coach and develop Demand Planning direct reports; mentor on demand drivers, model tuning, and career development. Coordinate inter-functional resolution of day-to-day demand/supply challenges and lead lessons-learned discipline. Review and resolve significant out-of-stock events with key stakeholders and communicate action plans for day-to-day exceptions. Initiate, prioritize, lead, and implement process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and bias; maintain process documentation. Lead Demand Planning activity for several categories within a complex Americas business with 4-6 direct reports. Coach the team to develop item, location, and weekly forecasts for a 24-month rolling horizon using historical trends and other demand drivers to signal the broader organization. Influence cross-functionally and with mid-Senior leaders to guide actions where direct authority is limited. Guide the organization toward Best-in-Class IBP process standards and benchmark against world-class companies. Interpret complex data, provide analysis, projections, and conclusions in a clear format. Address planning/forecasting issues from manufacturing plants or stakeholders, evaluate problems, and determine the best course of action. Who You Will Work With

Reporting into Director, Demand Management. What You Will Bring To The Table (Must Have)

Bachelors Required; MBA Preferred. 9+ years of related experience in analytics, planning, demand, or other supply chain roles. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and Access). Strong fiscal & business management skills. Nice to Have

MBA/Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of demand planning experience in the food industry/CPG. IRI and Demand Planning, SAP, APO, or other SC planning software experience. Compensation And Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $128,400-$184,600. Individual base pay depends on work location and experience. Total pay may include other compensation.
