As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and scale digital health initiatives while facilitating high-performing Agile delivery teams. In this role, you’ll be both a strategic project leader and a hands-on Scrum Master, helping to drive complex healthcare software projects from concept through delivery. You Will
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital healthcare projects involving multiple internal and external teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical, engineering, product, marketing & brand, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, risks, and performance metrics. Oversee dependencies across interconnected projects and products. Deliver executive-level dashboards, status reports, and performance insights. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos. Mentor Agile teams (iOS, Android, Backend/API, QA) and promote Agile best practices. Partner with product owners and engineering leads to align execution with strategic goals. Track and report on Agile delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint progress). Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep teams focused and efficient. Champion product quality through strong support of QA and testing cycles. Foster cross-team collaboration and maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. About You

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or related role in application development Proven track record managing complex projects in healthcare technology (e.g., EMR systems, telehealth, patient engagement platforms) Experience improving or creating scalable processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and build alignment Deep Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with cross-functional team leadership Hands-on experience delivering consumer-facing mobile and web applications Proficiency with JIRA or similar Agile tools Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT) A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a bias for action Experience managing distributed teams across time zones Bachelor’s degree required What Makes This Job Amazing

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000 - $212,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others. Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This may include a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare (featuring a plan with premiums covered by Noom), paid holidays and paid leave (including Summer Fridays), 401k program, and various cash stipends and budgets for employees (wellness, tech, learning & development, etc). Location
This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required (Wed & Thurs) in our Princeton, NJ, USA office. About Noom
