Create and sustain commercial operational consistency and compliance, in line with strategic objectives, across the global Bioprocessing business to ensure effective delivery of the commercial plan Lead projects that will drive operational efficiency and align global activities Increase sales effectiveness through strong sales analytics, including data integrity of the CRM system, field activity reporting, and other sales tools Execute and track growth drivers / growth initiatives Own the Sales & Operations (S&OP) process from a commercial standpoint and coordinate with manufacturing; drive KPIs Lead Sales incentive programs with Finance and HR in execution, analysis, and adjustments Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, aggregating and presenting data to Senior Management Drive pipeline health, lead management, and follow-up with analysis and recommended actions Manage external commercial partnerships and track metrics Track compliance to MSA deliverables and share best practices Implement and maintain a Sales Reporting platform (e.g., Power BI) Position Details
Location: King of Prussia, PA (commutable) Travel: Approximately 20% overnight travel (domestic and global) Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent 10 years of commercial/sales operations experience 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences manufacturing and/or development 3 years of people leadership experience Ability to build and maintain relationships across levels, cross-division, cross-function, and externally Strong analytics background with data-driven decision making Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA Proven leadership and self-directed orientation Bioprocessing background with deep industry knowledge Know-how in developing pricing strategies Strong project management skills Negotiation and communication skills Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $145,400.00 – $218,200.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance. Many factors are considered when determining compensation, including experience, education, training, geography, etc. Ecolab complies with all minimum wage and overtime laws. Benefits
