They're looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Management Associate to be a key player in their multifamily investment strategy. This position will be based in the Denver office and is an opportunity to be a key player within the Portfolio Management team with significant opportunity to grow and earn leadership responsibilities over time. Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for Investment and Portfolio Level Analytics and Reporting, Portfolio Level Strategic Initiatives, supporting Investor Reporting, and spearheading Company and Portfolio wide Process Improvement Projects. Requirements
We're seeking someone with exceptional financial modeling expertise, impeccable verbal and written communication acumen—especially as it relates to correspondence with senior leadership and institutional investors, a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, and a proven ability to execute on fund-level analytics and asset valuation methodologies. Compensation
Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr, plus Annual Bonus and other compensation types. Seniority Level and Employment Type
