We are seeking a
Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM covering the West, CO-CA)
to drive long-term customer success, retention, and expansion across our client base. As a Sr. CSM, you will manage strategic client relationships, mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and help shape UVeye’s overall Customer Success strategy. Your ability to deliver measurable ROI, consult on best practices, and drive adoption will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Management – Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering deep, value-driven relationships with clients to maximize engagement and long-term retention.
Training & Enablement – Educate customers on how to effectively integrate UVeye into their workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
ROI & Value Delivery – Consistently demonstrate measurable ROI by consulting customers on business improvements, leveraging UVeye solutions.
Thought Leadership – Provide insights on best practices, industry trends, and data-driven recommendations to help customers optimize performance.
Proactive Problem Solving – Identify business challenges and opportunities to maximize the impact of UVeye’s solutions for each client.
Expansion & Upsell Strategy – Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities for customers to adopt additional UVeye products and services.
Data-Driven Insights – Analyze account performance, usage metrics, and engagement trends to guide customers in achieving their objectives.
Mentorship & Leadership – Support junior CSMs by providing guidance, best practices, and assisting in complex customer scenarios.
Process Improvement – Contribute to refining Customer Success processes, participate in internal initiatives, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for customer needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and upsell expansion.
Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.
Commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to customer success.
Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior CSMs.
Superior organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Travel – Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with applicable salary transparency laws. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $110,000, with eligibility for bonus. Actual salaries depend on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and operational needs.
