Consulting - Tech Consulting - FinTech - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Manager Our EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in serving EY clients by guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. This is an expanding area of our practice with high growth and plenty of opportunities to enhance the skillsets of individuals looking to build a career. Your Key Responsibilities You’ll spend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts. You will also focus on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. You will engage in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes. Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills And Attributes For Success To excel as a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will need a robust set of technical and business skills. Your success will be driven by your proficiency in: Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently delivering quality client services. Driving high quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Managing expectations of client service delivery. Staying up to date with current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Providing constructive on the job feedback/coaching to team members. Fostering an innovative and inclusive team oriented work environment. Playing an active role in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks. Assisting in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformational solutions. Application and Tool Analysis Cloud Computing Architecture Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture Complex Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Building and Managing Relationships Communicating With Impact. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik) A strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving EPM concepts and practices Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Backgrounds including: Financial analyst/FP&A, EPM systems admins, long-range/capital planning, implementation consultant Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication A willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideal ly, you’ll also have Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred What We Look For We are looking for individuals who are not only experts in their technical field but who also have the drive to lead, innovate, and collaborate to solve complex business challenges.
