THE ROLE
Performing ticketing operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patrons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs proper selling procedures and provides high quality customer service during ticketed events, achieving customer satisfaction.
Opens and or closes ticket window as required.
Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons; accepts credit card payments.
Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets.
Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, and events. Gives information concerning coming attractions.
Must be able to work every Thursday for Thursday Night at the Fights, 6pm-10pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work.
Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count.
Must have basic working knowledge of point of sale systems.
Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of shift.
Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds.
