Customer Service Cashier

Position Purpose: As a Customer Service Cashier, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. You will be responsible for processing checkout and return transactions, as well as overseeing the Self-Checkout area to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain and monitor the Self-Checkout area to assist customers as needed. Develop product knowledge to provide customers with valuable information and identify sales opportunities. Adhere to company policies to minimize shrinkage and enhance overall security. In a Head Cashier role, support team members by expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions. Assist in resolving customer issues and provide first-level escalation support.
