assistant chief engineer
at our location in Chicago, IL. The
Assistant Chief Engineer supports
the Chief Engineer in overseeing building systems and maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient operations and preventive upkeep. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment for residents by handling general repairs, emergency on-call work, preparing vacant apartments, managing snow and trash removal, overseeing cleaning and landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, maintaining records, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances as needed.
