Store Manager Location:
1839 SW College Rd Ocala, FL 34471 Store Hours:
Mon–Sat 9:00am–8:30pm, Sun 10:00am–7:00pm. Open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. What You’ll Do
Lead the store’s financial performance, profitability, and operational excellence in alignment with Curaleaf’s mission, vision, and values. Attract, onboard, and develop top talent; build a strong pipeline for succession planning; foster a culture of continuous growth. Educate customers about Curaleaf products as a brand ambassador in a collaborative team-selling environment; inspire the team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Forecast payroll to optimize productivity; manage sales and payroll targets alongside operational workloads. Oversee P&L, drive revenue growth, identify underperforming areas, and implement solutions using company programs and tools. Monitor business trends, share insights with senior leadership, and refine strategies to improve results. Ensure operational excellence by delegating tasks, maintaining brand messaging, and upholding company standards. Create urgency and accountability; adapt to shifts in the retail landscape. Protect company assets by complying with safety protocols, inventory control, and loss prevention; adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Manage stock levels and inventory to avoid shortages or overstock; ensure efficient ordering and control. Travel requirements: 10%–25%. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring
3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in retail management. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Experience building and leading high-performing teams with talent development and succession planning. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional customer service with a solutions-oriented mindset. Open to feedback; capable of managing change and fostering adaptability. Experience overseeing store operations, including visual merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Commitment to compliance with state regulations. Supervisory responsibilities: direct supervision of team members, hiring, termination, performance evaluations, and development.
