Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, manage expenses, and minimize shrink and damages. This includes merchandise presentation, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving. Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers. Act as a role model and provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to prepare them for promotion to Store Manager. Develop and implement plans to increase store sales. Make recommendations to the District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics. Provide insights on competition, pricing, presentation, and customer service. Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses. Review store reports, conduct walkthroughs and audits, and lead program meetings with Associates. Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience by maintaining high standards of service and merchandise presentation. Communicate action plans for store initiatives, projects, targets, and priorities. About You
3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments, with proven sales leadership. Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills. Strong leadership focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and empowering diverse teams. Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with mentoring and feedback experience. Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention. Benefits

This is a bonus-eligible position with a starting pay range of $74,800.00 to $102,900.00 annually. Actual starting pay is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
