Overview

The Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will lead the strategy and execution of all revenue-generating processes, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability. This role will oversee data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and technology implementation to maximize revenue performance. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a unified revenue strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success. Optimize end-to-end revenue processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention. Implement and manage RevOps technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools). Analyze data to provide actionable insights and forecast revenue performance. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align goals and KPIs. Drive operational efficiency through process automation and workflow improvements. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing RevOps team. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles. Proven track record of scaling revenue processes in a high-growth environment. Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred. Preferred Skills

Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies. Familiarity with modern RevOps tools and methodologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. New York, United States
