Overview
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Senior Tech Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will be fluent across the full technology stack able to communicate with offshore engineering teams. This person would own delivery and support responsibility for two or more product or platform teams; drives technical priorities; supports delivery efforts through technical advisory, coaching of other technical team members, and may also support hands-on execution. The need for the role is for this person to ensure technical consistency of the finished product with identified needs working hand and hand with the Product owner. The product they will be rolling out is a pre-existing on-perm and cloud ecommerce application.

Responsibilities
Own delivery and support responsibility for two or more product or platform teams; drive technical priorities; support delivery efforts through technical advisory and coaching; may also support hands-on execution. Ensure technical consistency of the finished product with identified needs in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in CS or 5-8 years of software development experience, including 1 year in a development focused leadership role
5+ years of experience in developing and supporting high performance and highly scalable applications in an agile environment
Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development techniques
Fluency in DevOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment / delivery, configuration and containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
5+ years of Java design and development experience
5+ years of experience using frameworks like Spring (Core, Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)
5+ years of experience using Postgres, SQL (Oracle, MySQL etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Couchbase)
Hands-on experience with data streaming platforms like Kinesis or Kafka
Experience in building and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
