About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
with proven experience managing
large-scale construction projects . The immediate need is for leadership on a
$300M high school project , requiring strong organizational, financial, and communication skills to drive successful delivery. Key Details
Salary Range:
$140,000 – $180,000 Bonus:
10–15% typical annual bonus Travel/Per Diem:
None Vehicle:
$1,100 monthly allowance + $500 gas stipend + tolls reimbursed Benefits:

ASAP Responsibilities
Oversee and manage large-scale projects ($100M+) from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Monitor budgets, schedules, safety, and quality standards. Lead project teams with a focus on collaboration and accountability. Qualifications
7+ years of construction management experience, with at least one project valued over $100M. Proven success managing
education or civic sector projects
preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and complex project logistics.
