AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This is a high-potential, incentive-based opportunity with competitive new-business and renewal commissions, plus bonus programs to support growth at every stage of your agency’s development. Agency Launch Bonus Agency Launch bonus of $20,000 paid when the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency Marketing Reimbursement Marketing reimbursement up to $20,000 total ($5,000 per quarter) for the first 36 months, measured quarterly (start in year 3, month 25) Strong Support Throughout the Process The EA model provides structured onboarding and ongoing support to help you launch and develop a profitable, sustainable business. Includes a detailed deployment plan to ensure AAA compliance, blended in-person and virtual training, core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. You will have access to resources to grow and manage staff, finances, and business planning, plus guidance from experienced EAs and AAA recruiters. Agency Owner Overview This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You will bring business or industry-relevant experience and a level of capital to launch and operate a compliant AAA agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You will sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships, along with other products, to a defined and loyal client base. Agency Owner Requirements Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licensing (preferred; not required). If not licensed, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and complete the Business Plan / Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance) Four weeks of learning & development, 100% virtual training/live instructor class AAA-branded office space approved by AAA Minimum 75K investable capital (proof of funds; seasoned for 60 days) Background check including criminal history and credit/financial check Two licensed staff Products include AAA Membership: Auto, Bicycle, RV, and motorcycle programs with access to roadside assistance and savings opportunities Property & Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and specialty/Commercial lines with access to brokered products (varies by state) Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities (AAA Life Insurance Company, A- rating by A.M.
