We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented
Property Manager
to help us manage our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into commercial real estate and learn the ropes. You don’t need years of experience—we’re more interested in someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the daily management of industrial and office properties Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, lease questions, and facility needs Coordinate vendor services such as landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, and general maintenance Coordinate with our internal maintenance and construction crew to facilitate building maintenance, repairs, and construction of new Tenant Improvements Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring buildings and grounds are maintained to company standards Track and log maintenance requests, vendor work orders, and project timelines Support lease administration, including tracking critical dates and assisting lease renewals and negotiations Prepare reports, maintain property files, and assist with budgeting and expense tracking Coordinate with both fire sprinkler monitoring and alarm system companies Provide professional, responsive communication with tenants and vendors Respond to occasional after-hours or weekend emergencies on a rotating basis Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, but not required Some customer service, facilities, or office experience is a plus Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Solid communication skills—you’ll work with tenants, vendors, and our team every day Comfortable with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus Someone who’s proactive, positive, and eager to learn Willingness to handle the occasional overnight or weekend call when an urgent issue comes up What We Offer: Competitive salary with annual performance-based bonuses Company vehicle for daily driving requirements Paid time off and holidays Hands-on training and experience for someone looking to get into the commercial real estate business We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
