Supply Chain Performance Coordinator

is responsible for leading the effort to maintain the Global Quality of Inventory movement across all Cepheid and Third-Party Providers (3PL's) warehouse locations. They will manage a set of Global Quality Management Systems Performance Metrics (QMSR) across these sites to ensure compliance and delivery integrity to our patients and customers. The Supply Chain Performance Coordinator will utilize Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tool set to develop/implement inventory goods movement process automation and technology transformation solutions. The Supply Chain Performance Coordinator will be our primary leader that interfaces across all Cepheid Quality functions through project-based solutions in support of Cepheid's Global Supply Chain. This position provides the opportunity to influence and re-engineer specific goods movement process with the Warehouse leadership teams to ensure their operation meets the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. This position will also collaborate with our customer base, quality teams and warehouse shipping locations to identify product delivery failures (damage/mis-picks/over ship/under ship...) and create business solutions to eliminate these quality failures. The Supply Chain Performance Coordinator will utilize data analytics modeling to identify SAP transaction touch failures, logistics partner errors and then craft solutions working closely with the regional warehouse plant code leaders, quality teams and logistics partners. Responsibilities: Maintains and manages the Global Logistics QMS key performance metrics including the quarterly reporting and communication to the Cepheid Executive staff. Leads system solution and operational development for supply chain data exchanges standards for Global Cepheid 3PL partners - track & trace, data standards... Leads on-boarding activities for the deployment of business solutions that ensure compliance with the Global Logistics QMS standards. Responsible for Cepheid's Global Logistics CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) assignments and completion by impacted warehouse locations. Lead and participate in cross-functional data infrastructure projects supporting operations as part of the Global Fulfillment and Distribution organization that enable warehouse productivity, cost improvements and inventory accuracy for the Cepheid physical network. Maintains the strategic relationship and development platform for Cepheid's key Technology Hardware and Software Partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2+ years of related work experience (or equivalent experience) OR Master’s degree in field with at least 0-2 years of related work experience (or equivalent experience) Must have experience analyzing metrics, identifying errors, and identifying solutions Must be familiar with lean manufacturing practices Preferred Qualifications: APICS certification, experience with Six Sigma/lean or Danaher Business System. Proficient with ERP systems (SAP), data analytics and Quality Management systems. Expertise in 3PL Operations Management, Planning, Finance, or Procurement. Capable of creating SOPs for technology on-boarding process – track and trace standards, 3PL data exchange and operational business processes. Travel: Ability to travel is required (domestic and internationally) up to 25%.
