We aim to expand to 1,000 stores by 2028. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Sunny Isles, FL. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, leading the store team, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for staff training, scheduling, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking High level of organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Sales and Business Development in the Food and Beverage Services industry
