Your Impact As Quality Control Associate/Scientist, you\'ll ensure the highest quality standards for iPSC-derived cell products, disease models, and custom services that enable breakthrough research. Starting as a contract employee with strong potential for conversion to permanent hire, you\'ll be instrumental in maintaining GLP compliance while supporting the delivery of critical cellular models to researchers developing treatments for ALS, Alzheimer\'s, Parkinson\'s, and 50+ rare diseases. Your work directly contributes to accelerating drug discovery timelines and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive QC testing for iPSC products, primary cells, and differentiated cell types ensuring 100% compliance with established protocols
Perform specialized testing including immunostaining, flow cytometry, mycoplasma detection, and luminescence-based assays for product characterization
Validate deliverables from preclinical services according to client-specific Statements of Work (SOWs) maintaining project timelines
Prepare detailed Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and maintain GLP-compliant documentation for batch releases
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Service, and Sales teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely product delivery
Support technology transfer activities and after-sales technical support enhancing customer satisfaction
Evaluate in-licensed and OEM products expanding the company\'s quality-assured product portfolio
Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree with 4+ years OR Master\'s degree with 2+ years in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field
Hands-on expertise culturing primary cells, iPSCs, and iPSC-derived cell types
Proficiency in immunostaining, flow cytometry, mycoplasma testing, and cell characterization techniques
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in maintaining laboratory records
Availability to start as a contract employee with pathway to permanent hire
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years QC laboratory experience in GLP environment
Experience with functional bioassay development and validation
Knowledge of regenerative medicine and cell therapy applications
