We are seeking a Contract Administrator II to perform a wide variety of contract administration functions from cradle to grave. Overview
Contract Administrator II to perform cradle-to-grave contract administration including review, negotiation, and administration of government and commercial contracts. Responsibilities
Review, issue, and negotiate Subcontract, Non-Disclosure, and Teaming Agreements. Review government solicitations to identify and mitigate risks. Administer a variety of contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Fixed Price Labor Hour, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, and GSA Schedule) including modifications and close-outs. Maintain working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and FAR supplements. Support the contract life cycle from cradle to grave in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Required Skills
A self-starter with the ability to work independently. Effective use of the Microsoft Office Suite (proficient in MS Word and Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills to promote department teamwork. Capability to review, issue, and negotiate Subcontracts, NDAs, and Teaming Agreements. Experience with a variety of contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF) and with IDIQ and GSA Schedule contracts. Experience administering contracts including modifications and close-outs. Working knowledge of FAR and FAR supplements. Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related business area from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. Must be US Citizen Location & Employment Details
