Job Responsibilities
Lead the HSE strategy at the plant, ensuring compliance with local and legal obligations
Implement and maintain HSE management systems, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions
Advise plant leadership on updates to applicable regulations and safety standards
Promote a proactive safety culture and empower colleagues to engage in safety discussions
Lead investigations for incidents and near misses, sharing lessons learned across the network
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental role
Previous supervisory experience in a related field
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent safety qualification
Proven experience in leading and implementing HSE programs
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering degree or environmental qualification
Experience in a high-volume, target-driven manufacturing environment
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ISOSH 18001 standards
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
