AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include: AAA Membership — You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. Members value AAA for trusted roadside assistance and access to savings on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care. Property and casualty insurance — You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. You’ll have access to brokered products from multiple carriers to serve a wide variety of needs. (varies by state) Life Insurance — You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent) from A.M. Best. About AAA — AAA, founded in 1902, is a federation of clubs serving millions of members. The Auto Club Group is the second largest in the federation and serves millions of AAA Members in multiple states. AAA focuses on safety, insurance, personal finance, and quality time. Responsibilities

Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is careful planning, data, and research behind candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. EAs receive assistance on launching and developing a sustainable and profitable agency year over year. Step-by-step onboarding: A detailed deployment plan provides guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Comprehensive education: Benefit from a mix of in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. Growth resources: Access a network of experienced EAs and business experts; recruit licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and modify business plans, with recruiter review available. Qualifications

Self-motivated, results-driven individuals with business or industry-relevant experience. Ability to invest capital to launch and grow a multi-line insurance agency. Willingness to sell and service a broad range of insurance products and AAA memberships. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a growing agency and team. Employment details
