We are seeking a Project Manager - Painting - Concrete Restoration to join our team! You will oversee multiple projects, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We only work in Miami; all jobs are in the south region. We do not work Broward. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the project from award to closing. Prepare estimates, submittals, change orders, pay applications. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications
Previous experience in construction management and concrete restoration high rise buildings. Familiarity with construction management software, Procore, excel, computer savvy. Strong leadership qualities Team Player Deadline and detail-oriented Bilingual Organized
