A high-growth, tech-enabled disruptor in the residential real estate space is seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role is tailor-made for a bold, entrepreneurial leader with strong operational acumen, high EQ, and a passion for leveraging technology and AI to streamline, scale, and transform the way business gets done.
Operating at the intersection of vision and execution, this leader will build and operationalize systems that bring strategic concepts to life. Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, translating visionary ideas into actionable business strategies and scalable operational plans.
Architect and oversee executional frameworks, KPIs, and process improvements across multiple departments including technology, marketing, customer operations, and enablement.
Lead strategic initiatives that harness automation and AI to improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate growth.
Establish scalable systems, SOPs, and playbooks to support emerging products and streamline internal operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, sales, and customer teams to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize the full operational funnel.
Champion a hands-on leadership style, balancing strategic thinking with willingness to “roll up sleeves” to drive measurable outcomes.
Promote a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement in a rapidly evolving, founder-led environment.
Key Qualifications
6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management — ideally within tech startups, proptech, or high-growth B2C environments.
Proven ability to design and implement systems from scratch without relying on traditional legacy structures.
Strong experience as a right-hand partner to founders or C-level leaders, particularly in fast-moving, early-stage companies.
Familiarity with emerging tech and AI-driven decision-making tools to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
Gritty, adaptable, and execution-oriented — comfortable managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, unconventional educational backgrounds or certifications in AI/operations are valued.
