Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for travel and a knack for managing multi-family construction projects? We are seeking a Traveling Multi Family Superintendent to join our team. This position will oversee the construction of multi-family, dorm, student housing, and apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with emphasis on multi-family projects. This is a traveling position, so a love for exploration and adaptability to new environments is a must. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure that all projects are executed flawlessly. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Traveling to various construction sites as needed, adapting to new environments and managing projects in diverse locations. Liaising with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships. Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family, dorm, student housing, and apartment projects. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and managing teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with construction software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel frequently to various construction sites. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Job Details and About Us
