Human Resources Administrator - Administrative Operations Focus
Location:
Castle Hayne, NC 28429 Shift:
M-F 8am to 5pm Length of Assignment:
18 months Pay Rate:
$23.50/hour Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Human Resources Administrator
with strong
administrative and coordination skills
to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable handling logistics, scheduling, document tracking, and system updates. While part of the HR team, this role is focused on
administrative support , not direct HR management or strategy. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee data in
Oracle HR , including staffing assignments, shift codes, pay differentials, and distribution codes.
Coordinate all logistics for
on-site interviews and assessments , including scheduling via Outlook, room reservations, candidate escorts, visitor access requests, and interview agendas.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for hiring managers, applicants, and HR partners during the interview process.
Process
hourly offer letters
and coordinate onboarding through the People Operations Center.
Send welcome communications and onboarding instructions to new hires.
Assemble and distribute
welcome packets
and benefits materials for orientation; arrange conference rooms and catering.
Screen applicant resumes for minimum qualifications and ensure compliance in applicant dispositioning.
Manage internal job postings for hourly positions, including posting, removal, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and collecting evaluation forms.
Maintain accurate tracking of hires and internal transfers via
Smartsheet .
Support
HR-related reporting , access requests, and administrative tasks for employee recognition programs.
Assist with logistics for HR-led training sessions and internal events (e.g., holiday voting coordination).
Complete additional
administrative projects
and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an
administrative
HR support
role.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook, Excel , and shared collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
Experience with
HRIS platforms
such as Oracle HR is preferred.
Pay Details:
$23.00 to $23.50 per hour
