User Experience Researcher - Statistical Analysis

A global leader in innovation is seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to join its Research & Insights team. This role offers the chance to influence the design of next-generation products across AR/VR, AI, IoT, and collaboration technologies—impacting both commercial and consumer markets. What You’ll Do: Lead and support user research initiatives across hardware and software platforms Apply user-centered design principles to uncover actionable insights and shape product strategy Conduct generative, evaluative, and validation research using methods like interviews, usability studies, ethnography, and heuristic evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, engineers, developers, and product managers—to deliver world-class user experiences Communicate findings through compelling storytelling and data visualization Plan and execute long-term and short-term research aligned with product roadmaps What You Bring: Proven experience in UX Research, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI, or related fields Proficiency in STATA, SPSS, or equivalent statistical tools Strong grasp of quantitative methods including regressions, ANOVA, and T-tests Demonstrated experience with qualitative techniques such as interviews, focus groups, diary studies, and clustering A portfolio showcasing research plans, reports, and data-driven insights Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hardware usability testing and anthropometric data Familiarity with tools like UserZoom, Dovetail, or similar Global UX research experience across diverse markets We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-62.50/hr, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
