CTG is seeking a UX Researcher for our client in the RTP, NC area.
Title: UX Researcher
Duration:
12+ months contract, with possibility for extension/perm with the client Location : RTP, NC HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end user research for hardware, software, AI, and AR/VR products. Discover user behavior, needs, and motivations to inform product design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools like STATA or SPSS. Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders and teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s with 7+ years experience, Master’s with 5+, or PhD with 2+ years in UX Research, Human Factors, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields. Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Portfolio demonstrating research breadth and actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Local to Raleigh/Durham, NC and able to work onsite 3 days/week. Preferred: Experience with survey design, statistical analysis, and UX research tools (UserZoom, Dovetail, etc.).
