We are looking for a talented Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to enhance and support our
SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC)
processes throughout an exciting
ERP transformation from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA . If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive business efficiency, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration, configuration, and testing of the
SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
module, ensuring that our solutions match business needs and industry best practices. Act as a vital link between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning SAP configurations with business objectives. Create, review, and validate
test scenarios and cases ; ensure proper sign-off during testing phases. Provide expert
configuration support
focusing on order processing, billing, inventory management, pricing strategies, rebates, and integrations with third-party logistics (3PL) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMO). Collaborate closely with
data SMEs
to guarantee accurate and complete data integration. Deliver outstanding
post-go-live troubleshooting
and ongoing support for our OTC operations. Identify and recommend opportunities for
process optimization
and compliance improvements, including adherence to GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. Document all configurations, test cases, and processes thoroughly to maintain clear information flow. Conduct
user training and support
to ensure seamless operations with SAP OTC. Prepare to grow into the role of
SAP OTC Solution Owner , taking charge of comprehensive OTC functionality. Qualifications: Over
5 years
of hands-on experience in SAP OTC/SD, including key areas such as Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Rebates, Inventory, and 3PL/CMO integrations. Demonstrated expertise with
SAP S/4HANA OTC , particularly in ERP implementations and collaborations with system integrators. Strong understanding of
business process modeling, configuration,
and
testing methodologies . Experience in
migrating from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA
is a definite plus. Familiarity with
life sciences regulatory requirements
(GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is preferred. Exceptional
documentation, training,
and
communication skills . Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a
fast-paced environment . This is a
hybrid role
