Meissner . The EHS Program Manager will lead initiatives that ensure compliance, safeguard our teams, and strengthen our commitment to environmental responsibility. You will design and manage programs that keep workplaces safe and healthy and drive a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities
Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements in the context of the Company’s operation culture of Quality, Safety, Efficacy and Efficiency. Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), ergonomic evaluations, and safety audits. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections. Monitor and analyze workplace safety metrics and recommend improvement strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credential preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and training skills in English and Spanish. What We Can Offer
