HEVRON is seeking a Marketing & Events Associate to join our Miami team. This role blends creativity with execution—helping us grow our organic presence, create memorable events, and keep our marketing calendar running seamlessly. You’ll work closely with our founder and graphic designer, contributing ideas and making sure our brand is always showing up in fresh, authentic ways. About the Role The Brand Marketing and Events Manager will be responsible for developing and producing organic, engaging content for social channels, planning and executing events, and managing the marketing calendar. Responsibilities: Develop and produce organic, engaging content for Instagram (UGC-style, authentic, and unique). Plan and execute events in Miami and other key markets. Collaborate with partner brands for joint activations. Support the Miami showroom/store by engaging with customers, styling, and building community during shopping moments. Help manage and implement HEVRON’s stylist program. Manage and own the marketing calendar—keeping all social, email, and event initiatives aligned. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or events (fashion/lifestyle a plus). Strong knowledge of Instagram and proven ability to create unique, scroll-worthy content. Creative eye and ability to execute ideas quickly. Strong organizational skills—comfortable managing calendars, timelines, and assets. Energetic, self-starter who thrives on connecting with people and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
